Dall' album sono stati estratti tre singoli, due dei quali, "Save Me" e "I Dare You" sono stati usati dalla World Wrestling Entertainment come colonna sonora rispettivamente di No Mercy 2005 e WrestleMania 22, entrambi eventi in PPV.

Us and Them ha ricevuto la certificazione "Gold" dalla RIAA negli Stati Uniti. La copertina è stata creata dal famoso artista James Jean.
